The Ticket Store Game FAQ's

How much does it cost?

There are monthly or yearly plans available based on individual or group play.  If you are a school or large group, please contact us for licensing rates.  Kids buy rewards from the Ticket Master (Mom, Dad, Teacher or other grown up) and the Ticket Master buys the rewards from a store or online (which can be accessed though the link provided on the reward in the case of a reward selected through Amazon on the rewards page).  Many rewards are inexpensive or have no cost and do not require purchase by the Ticket Master, for example, 1/2 hour of tv time or ride your bike, but are provided through the Ticket Master.

How many players can play?

An individual account is limited to one player.  Group accounts are limited to 20 players.  For larger groups, please contact us for licensing rates and/or instruction on how to expand your group.  Each group is controlled by one Ticket Master.

How do I add a player?

From the Ticket Master home page, click the Add A Player tab and complete the infomation on that screen.  Select an initial avatar for the player.  The player can change the avatar by going to the player home page and clicking the Avatar tab, and following the instructions on that page.

How do I change a players username, password or e-mail address?

From the Ticket Master home page, click the View Players tab.  On the View Players page, click the edit button to make the changes.

How do I assign tasks to a player?

From the Ticket Master home page, click the Tasks button.  On the tasks page, select from our many pre-determined tasks or make your own tasks.  Specific instructions are provided for each step of the tasks process on the tasks page, and the instructions can be accessed by clicking on the purple (?) found throughout the page.  Remember to click the yellow buttons to get to each new section of the tasks page.

How do I change my Ticket Master password?

From the Ticket Master home page, click the Password button and add the information to the box on that page.

How do I access an individual game board for player?

From the Ticket Master home page, go to the Manage Players button and click the Player Login button.

How do I access the competition game board?

From the Ticket Master home page, click the For Group Play button and then click the Group Game Board button.

How do I add rewards to the competition board?

From the Ticket Master home page, click the For Group Play button and then click the Group Rewards button. From the choose rewards page, select from the appropriate category of School, Home, Custom, Charity and Amazon rewards. Click the Add button under the reward and it will automatically move in to the prize position selected (i.e. 1st prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize or 4th prize. Each prize level corresponds to a floor level in the Ticket Store, with 1st prize items going to the top floor. To remove the reward, go to the row of prizes on the choose rewards page, and click the Delete button to delete the reward.

How do I close the store if a child or group is behaving badly?

From the Ticket Master home page, go to the For Individual Play or For Group Play button and click the Turn Off button for the game board you would like to turn off. When behavior improves, return to the section and Turn On the game board using the same button.

How do I cross over to the Player side of the game from the Ticket Master side?

From the Ticket Master home page, click the Manage Players button and then click the Player Login button to go to the players home page.

How do I award tickets?

From the Ticket Master home page, click the Tasks button.  On the tasks page, click the Open Tasks button.  If a task has been completed, click the Completed Button.  You can also edit or delete a task from this table.  Players can also identify a task as completed from the Player Tasks page.  Once a task has been identified as completed, it will be sent to the Tasks Pending Approval table.  Click the Process Request button to complete the information to award tickets.

How do I add rewards to an individual players ticket store game board?

From the Player home page, click the Rewards button. On the rewards page, select the rewards from the appropriate category of School, Home, Custom, Charity and Amazon rewards. Click the Add button below the reward and it will automatically move in to the floor position selected (i.e. 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor or 4th floor). Each floor level corresponds to a floor level in the Ticket Store, with the 1st floor prize items going to the top floor. To remove the reward, go to the row of prizes on the rewards page, and click Delete button below the item.

How do I deposit tickets in my bank so they can be used to purchase rewards?

From the Player home page, click the Bank button.  On the bank page, click the Deposit Tickets Now button to move the tickets in to the bank.

How do I change my avatar?

From the Player home page, click the Avatar button.  On the Avatar page, follow the instructions to make the change.
